The existing grassed footpath and median at the front of Rosedale School is used for pedestrian access to the general parking and pickup/drop off zones and poses a slip, trip and fall hazard to users.
The work under contract required MVPH to demolish the old fence, excavate and construct reinforced block retaining walls, relocate conflicting services and construct two new concrete footpaths, along with cast in-situ stairs and ramps, to AS 1428.1 Design for access and mobility specification.
